Released Works

Explore my released music, while reading the story behind them and the achievements they brought. Change pages below:

My initial works were produced solely on FL Studio. Now, I produce all of my music on Ableton Live, but still record and comp my vocals in FL Studio. From the composition of my tracks, to the writing of lyrics, recording of vocals, and mixing of stems, I've produced and released a number of solo singles. Other Australian artists have also jumped on board to remix my music.

Crave (Bailey Fisch Remix)

Melbourne producers Jordz and Bailey Fisch have teamed up to bring a new remix full of chill, funky sounds, which will be sure to set the vibes high this spring & summer. Fisch has supported acts such as Rory Marshall and Needs No Sleep, and with Jordz performing at concerts supporting Alice Ivy and Alex Lahey, the pair have created a hybrid indie-electronic sound. With support from radio including Triple J and Kiss FM, this is the first of many collaborations between the two artists.

Following Jordz’ debut feature on Triple J Unearthed radio, she is back with a new solo original - Crave. Solely produced and performed by Jordz, the downtempo song explores the romantic storyline between a girl and her longing for a life with love. With reference to Jordz’ top influence, Massive Attack, this chill ballad balances organic and electronic sounds to create an atmosphere of warmth and enchantment, which may make the audience crave more.

This diverse EP features remixes from Daniel Tonik & Wilko, Feed Hydra, J.Ckt, and Scott Stevenson. The Daniel Tonik & Wilko remix welcomed national recognition, premiering on The Party Life Radio Show with DJ Fuel on Raw FM. It went on to be played over the first year of its release on Triple J Unearthed.

A sequel to Jordz’ debut single, ‘Bushfire’, released in late 2019, ‘Cloud’ is a chill infused electronic dance song which follows the journey of an anthropomorphised cloud that refuses to rain down on the world - it refuses to take part in the expectations society has given it. Written, produced, and performed solely by Jordz, ‘Cloud’ blends smooth synthesised sounds together with crushed percussion and a transient bassline to give it the right amount of punch. In the first week of release, it place in the top 10 of Triple J Unearthed's Dance and Electronic charts.

Rabbit Hole

'Rabbit Hole', a collaboration with SPE3D, follows the journey of Jordz who wonders through the forest with a mysterious rabbit, falling into a dimension that she is unable to get out of. Much like the current situation, her inability to escape makes her face the frustrations she dislikes, as she is trapped in a strange dimension of time. Produced by SPE3D, lyrics & vocals by Jordz.

Bushfire

Bushfire.jpeg

‘Bushfire’ is an electronic infused chill pop song which follows the journey of someone who is surrounded by fire and their escape to survival. It was written in 2018 and scheduled for release in late 2019. During the time of the release, the Australian bushfires became a national emergency. All funds raised from the song were donated to the New South Wales Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) and the Victorian Country Fire Service (CFA). 'Bushfire' was featured as Music Talks' song of the week, reviewed here by Simon Irvine.

Now that you've seen my past releases, let me tell you a little about the future. As I continue to release music, I will be directing my path towards sounds that reflect my rebrand - melodic/progressive dance, sprinkled with inspiration from other artists including RÜFÜS DU SOL and Massive Attack. I have collaborations in the works which are in discussion with labels, which I've co-produced and vocally toplined. I can't wait to share more with you soon.
